OLYMP offers top jobs in the world of fashion
The fashion brand offers interesting apprenticeships and dual study programmes
OLYMP Bezner KG, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Ludwigsburg district, Baden-Württemberg, Germany), stands by its social responsibility as a qualified vocational training enterprise in the German textile and clothing industry. The fashion brand – which is particularly well known internationally for its high-quality shirts, jumpers, accessories and more – offers apprenticeships in a variety of professions and a number of dual study programmes, thus giving attractive career prospects to those that apply.
Mark Bezner, owner and CEO of OLYMP Bezner KG, explains: “Since it’s becoming increasingly difficult to recruit highly qualified staff to the clothing industry, this initiative is a significant investment in the future for us. To meet the growing demand for skilled workers, we offer a wide range of interesting apprenticeships”. Those who successfully complete their vocational training or dual studies have an excellent chance of being taken on by OLYMP. Mark Bezner adds: “Quite a few of our long-standing team members and managers once began their careers with us with a solid apprenticeship”.
At the beginning of the current 2024/2025 training year, 11 apprentices and dual students started at OLYMP. In total, there are 21 apprentices in the following occupations: industrial management (15), warehouse logistics (5) and IT for system integration (1). In addition, there are 17 dual students in the degree programmes Retail Fashion Management (7), Industrial Service Management (2), Digital Business Management (6), Business Information Systems (with a focus on business engineering) (1) and Business Information Systems (with a focus on data science) (1). For the coming training year 2025/2026, 16 training and study places will again be offered for the following occupations: industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, IT specialist for application development and IT specialist for system integration. There will also be courses of study in retail fashion management and digital business management. The application phase for the 2025/2026 training year is currently underway.
The fashion company OLYMP has already been honoured in the past for its outstanding training achievements, for instance by the Ludwigsburg District Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Stuttgart Region. Trainees at OLYMP are particularly successful in completing their training and achieving excellent results in the Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s final examinations.
